重組人類蛋白二硫鍵異構酶蛋白與其它公司提供的重組蛋白不同，rHuPDI蛋白產品為采用CFS的無細胞麥胚蛋白合成系統(tǒng)表達出來的重組蛋白，可表達出對細胞有毒性、易被蛋白酶降解的蛋白；并獲得具有良好的可溶性，并有翻譯后修飾、從而部分具有功能的蛋白.同時獨有的全自動蛋白純化技術則簡便高效，將蛋白純化過程中對蛋白的損傷降低到*小程度.重組人類蛋白二硫鍵異構酶蛋白（全長序列）產品可用于Western Blot驗證、抗體制備、蛋白檢測、ELISA等試驗中.

Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. |

| Background | Protein disulfide isomerases (PDIs) constitute a family of structurally related enzymes which catalyze disulfide bonds formation, reduction, or isomerization of newly synthesized proteins in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). They act also as chaperones, and are, therefore, part of a quality-control system for the correct folding of the proteins in the same subcellular compartment. PDI has been found to have moderate effects (25-fold) on the rate of oxidative folding of proteins in vitro. Recombinant Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase is involved in disulphide-bond formation and isomerization, as well as the reduction of disulphide bonds in proteins.
