重組人膠質細胞系衍生的神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子蛋白與其它公司提供的重組蛋白不同，rHuGDNF蛋白產(chǎn)品為采用CFS的無細胞麥胚蛋白合成系統(tǒng)表達出來的重組蛋白，可表達出對細胞有毒性、易被蛋白酶降解的蛋白；并獲得具有良好的可溶性，并有翻譯后修飾、從而部分具有功能的蛋白.同時獨有的全自動蛋白純化技術則簡便高效，將蛋白純化過程中對蛋白的損傷降低到*小程度.重組人膠質細胞系衍生的神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子蛋白（全長序列）產(chǎn)品可用于Western Blot驗證、抗體制備、蛋白檢測、ELISA等試驗中.

| Reconstitution | We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1 % BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. |

| Background | Glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor is a neurotrophic factor that enhances survival and morphological differentiation of dopaminergic neurons and increases their high-affinity dopamine uptake. It is a founding member of the GDNF family of ligands (GFL) and has been shown to interact with GFRA2 and GDNF family receptor alpha. GDNF (monomer) contains seven conserved cysteine residues, one of which (Cys 101) is used for inter-chain disulfide bridging and the others are involved in intramolecular ring formation known as the cysteine knot configuration. Rat and human mature GDNF shows 93 % sequence identity and have species cross-reactivity. |
